I have a similar situation with employees needing to have access to PDF files off line with their devices phone,tablet. From your post it looks like you were able to get this to work but I'm not sure how you did it. Could you please elaborate on just what you had to do to get this to work? I would need to have my app check to see if there is a new version of the PDF on line, download it and save it to a location on the device so that I could open the PDF even if I was off line.
